p600 belt length

Does anyone know the stock belt length? (7" crank pulley)?? I thought I needed a 1600mm/63" belt but not 100% sure.

Re: p600 belt length

No one here has an 88-92 and is running a P600B and can check the numbers on the belt?

Re: p600 belt length

For my 8" crank 4" blower pulley on my D1 setup, I am supposed to run a 65" belt. So 63" seems like it would be to long.

What is your blower pulley diameter? I would try emailing procharger about it, if they don't help you out let me know and I can try and give them a call for ya.

Re: p600 belt length

We need more information to be able to help you. First of all, ProCharger didn't make a 6" crank pulley for the L98 F-body. They make a 6.45", 7", 7.65", and an 8.5". Second, we need to know the diameter of your blower pulley. Third, we need to know if it's 8-rib or 12-rib.

Re: p600 belt length

Chances are, you're going to need a 56.5" to a 58" belt.

Re: p600 belt length

Typo, 7" crank pulley. 2.65 blower pulley. 8 rib belt. Now that you say 56.5 to 58 I must have measured 1500mm back then, that corresponds roughly

Re: p600 belt length

There is an 8.5" crank pulley and a 2.5" blower pulley with a 55" belt listed on ebay. States it's from a p600b blower. No application info though. doubt that helps much though.

Re: p600 belt length

HAHA

I would over rev my blower at about 4k rpm with that 8.5/2.5, so I won't be bidding on it!

That doesn't mean it's not true. It just means I missed a size.

K080558 = 56 1/4"
K080560 = 56 5/8"
K080565 = 57"
K080566 = 57 1/8"
K080570 = 57 1/2"

I would try the 57" to start with unless anybody else can help narrow it down any further.

Re: p600 belt length

Summit had half the stuff on backorder, I'll measure it this weekend and add it to the backordered stuff. I was leaning towards the 57 too. I asked this question because I figured I could order it with the rest of the stuff from Summit but now that they don't have half the stuff we need...the pressure is off the cooker LOL I can measure and make sure now.

Damn I wish you could get the 12 ribs from somewhere other than procharger.
