Car: 1985 Z28 Camaro
Engine: 400 small block
Transmission: T56
Axle/Gears: Eaton TruTrac 3.73 posi
Has anyone installed the new STS turbo on a Carburated engine?
Hey, I was wondering if anyone knows about the new STS rear mounted turbo kits and if they can be installed on a Carbed motor. They have a kit for the LS1 4th gen and a Universal kit. I have a 400 sb with a 750 Eledbrock carb on it now. The kit looks very easy to install. Also can anyone tell me what my E.T. and trap speed would be corrected at sea level from a 14.03 @ 99.8 ran at Rockingham N.C. this past summer? I know my 2.73 10 bolt isn't helping any. A lot of guys have told me 3.73's would wake it up. With the price of gas right now I don't know if I'll change them. Anyone interested can go to the garage section and see details and photos of my "girl"
