I just got beat by a v6 mustang... i drive a 92 camaro rs 5.0L v8. 105k miles. Idk what to do i need anything i can get. Please tell me the best intake,headers,manifold,turbos superchargers....anything that can add power. For all the camaros out there i am sry for losing to a v6 pony. But if you guys can help i will redeem 3rd gen's spot at the top of the line.

That is not the only V6 that will beat your V8. Get some nitrous.

You need to do some research. This is the power adder board (turbo, nitrous, supercharger) What (besides beating this guy) are you trying to do? I hate to rag you but it seems that you just got spanked and want a quick fix. Instead you need to decide what your power goals are for this car, see what you can spend, and research what power adder works best for what you situation U R in, no offense.....

BTW, what is your gearing? You may have been hurt off the line because GM put ridiculous gears (like 2.73's) behind alot of v-8 F bodies which would have really crippled you off the line.

 

like i stated already tbi forums... cam, heads, carb, headers, exhaust, gears, built tranny.. then a good tune will = a fast car.

 

Thank you bandit. And yes i have been looking for extra mods for my car on other sites but i thought i'de ask some people on this forum for some help. You didnt have to be a ***** about it rob. I am just looking for any type of power adders. I am also looking at turbos and superchargers. I know i need headers and a good cam but i figured someone could help me with the best brands or a site that sells good stuff.
