Need help with a new plan

To give a background as a point of reference, I was building a 350 blower motor with a roots style blower. It was going to have a 671 with a pair of holley double pumper carbs and was being built for 750rwhp. The car it was gonig to go into is no longer around, and the new car it's going to go into is a 1971 Jaguar XJ. Needless to say, with the entire build of the car I'm going with, the wife wants the outside to look stock, but wants me to put the 750rwhp monster into it. I have a gen 1 350, and everything from the oil pan to the heads is taken care of. Now I need to refigure what I'm going to do to top off the engine.

The valve train I have is set up for 7500 rpms. It's bored 30 over with an 8.5cr. I figure I'll go with a centrifugal supercharger, and if I'm going to do that, I'm going to go with a fuel injection system. I'm just starting into my research on what's around for the new setup and wanted to know what you guys thought might be good options for everything. Any help would be appreciated.
