Simple N2O manifold question

Simple N2O manifold question
I have a N.O.S. Cheater system ( well really pieces of one ). Cheater solenoids, plate, lines, 125hp and 250hp jets, and a few little things.
I have a weiand street dominator dual plane manifold, is this safe to spray 250hp shot on? If not I have a torker II single plane but I'm shying away from it due to the fact that this is a street motor and I don't want to sacrifice N/A torque.
also,
I plan on getting a blow down tube, N2O psi gauge, FP gauge, and a better Fuel Pump. I am planning on T-ing off the dual carb inlet i have for nitrous enrichment, is this ok?
I don't want to fully plumb a complete fuel system yet.
