Nitrous question-- please help

Hey guys, within a day or two I MIGHT order a nitrous kit, but before I do I want to make sure I know what i'm getting myself into. **I'm sorry i've read tech articles etc. but i'm a newbie to nitrous so please help**

My current mods are in the sig, and i plan on gettin the NX kit. Is this a wet kit?
How safe is it? What modifications will i have to make????????
I know I will have to change my spark plugs, but please tell me what temp. etc.
In terms of ?retarding? timing, i plan on using the nitrous infrequently, only for trips to the strip or street racing...does this make a difference?
Considering its daily driven and I dont race THAT often, what mods should i do, specially in terms of timing, spark plugs, and fuel pressure.
Thanks so much for the help!!!!!!!
-Mike

I'm not familiar with the NX kit however, I did install the NOS 5151 kit on my 89 IROC(305 5-speed). I definately needed a fuel pump upgrade. I bought a GN replacement pump from NAPA(it had AC written all over it for $90). The stock plugs were okay in my case, but I did try one colder for no difference. I think you retard timing 2 degrees for every 100hp of nos. My installation manual didn't say it was necessary in my case. 100hp jets are the limit for a 305 according to NOS. I also needed to put in a Centerforce clutch after the second bottle.
Your best bet is to call NX if that is the kit you want.
