Junk Yard Turbos & Mercury wagon in HotRod
Did you guys see this thing? He built the engine for about $3000 using junkyard turbo's. It makes 355 rearwheel HP, but with...get this...714 ft/lbs of torque. This big old boat runs the 1/4 in 12.2. Has anyone on this board fabbed up a setup using Junkyard turbos?

Check the 80's ford SVO turbo 2.3 and the thunderbird/cougar with same engine they have garrett T3's that should work fine for a twin setup.

im starting up a project similar to that,
A 406, Brodix stage II heads, ported and polished, 8:5:1 compression,Accel cam, Victor jr. intake, 1050 Barry Grant carb and Twin turbonetics running at 21lb of boost each, hp should be at 700 and torque at 900.

And it sounds like you are going to try to run 42 pounds total?...good luck is all I can say. I would try running 25-32 and you will find it alot more pump gas friendly and still have the 700 ponies you are looking for..trust me. A guy in chevy H.P. had a LS1 twin turbo on 93/4 pump gas with 35 pounds I think at 985 ponies..and over 1k torque.
