I'm worried my stock head gaskets are going to blow. I have 101,000 miles on a EXCELLENT running car. Check my sig for more info.
Anyone here have a L98/LB9 with a blower with high miles and no head problems?

High milage itself should not hurt stock steel shim type head gaskets.
The only way you are likely to hurt a steel shim head gasket is from detonation.
The main thing to look for in a high milage car that can cause problems is oil getting into the combustion chamber. That can cause detonation and the detonation can eat parts.

I have a paxton sn2000 with 8lbs of boost and mine has run fine for the past 1 1/2yrs. I put about 10K on the s/c but i hear of people having to rebuild them? I do have an oil cooler so I'm sure that will help a little. Like I said, I have had no problems with it (knock on wood!) but i would like to know what sighns to look for in a unit that is going out. Any info would be greatly appricated!!! The only reason i pruchased a paxton was because they are very quiet and i had to sneek it in the car with out my wife knowing.....wish i would have purchased an ATI!!

Man I have to get in on this. I put a Paxton SN93 unit on my show truck www.bharris.org/92GMC and changed the oil religously at 3k or less and it blewup about once a year at about 10k miles. I never pushed it above 5k rpms. I even had an oil cooler on it once until it blew up and melted down the external pump on the way to a show . Blew burn trans fluid all over the hood. As far as performance gains. You only get boost from about 2500 up. No bottom end power at all. I sold my last Paxton unit (since they covered every other one under warranty) off and I have been in the process of building my 350 5 speed to achieve the same horsepower but with a much better power curve. Just blowing off a little steam. I wouldn't have another paxton if you give it too me.
