Multiple turbo chargers
Is there any benefit to having more than two turbos? If you ran 3 or 4 wouldn't you get to full boost quicker? I'm kind of curious how a car would run with a really custom header/exhaust set-up and three turbos.

This has been done before. Best way is to use 2 small units to spool the next 2 larger units. Main problem is routing twice as many support items: coolant lines, oil lines, return lines, air intakes, intercooler pipes, exhausts, etc. I believe the Bugatti supercar has a quad-turboed engine...

The setup of running small turbos with large turbos is a sequntial turbo setup. The small turbos spool fast and get you moving off the line and the larger turbos take over in the top end. Does it work? Look at a Porsche 911 turbo. 0-60 in 3.7 seconds with an air cooled flat six.
