Make a nitrous bottle?
I've been reading about making one. It's just a co2 (fire extinguisher) bottle w/ a new valve. On ebay that's what all the bottles look like. Is a tank a tank, or should i spend an extra $200 more for a nos sticker?

At the high pressures nitrous bottles are at, I wouldn't mess around with anything other than bottles designed for nitrous.

In theory any tank made for high pressure usage should work as long as it tests out OK it should be fine nitrous isn't the only gas that comes in high pressure tanks

this is true, but why get a different bottle and have to find a nozzle/valve for it when you can get a nitrous bottle ready to go for good prices?
