Solution to P1SC Pulley Wobble!!
Well, I haven't had it machined yet (still waiting for quotes to come back) but did this: used a stock TPI serp crank pulley, procharger alum spacer and 8" procharger crank pulley. Put the assembly together as it would be on an engine and started measuring and designing in UG (very sweet CAD package) at work in my free time. I'm currently working on a FEA to determine the strength of the unit in either steel or aircraft grade aluminum. Here are some renderings of what it would look like.

Looks cool… but steel and aluminum would have different design constraints.
I’ve actually gotten away with using existing steel pulleys and welding them together with spacers/plates that fit in between things… it worked out much better then I expected as long as I figured out some way to fixture it like I wanted it.

I don't think the pulley design is better than say the Vortech which is a pulley that inserts into the stock one. ATI's is a 3 piece, stock crank pulley, alum spacer than the blower crank pulley. Trying to align (3) objects rotation axis can be d*mn near impossible sometimes. I battled with it for better part of 2 months. Now I've designed a one piece unit.
