Twin Turbo Headers
Here is the picture of one complete passenger's side turbo header of the twin turbo system. Driver's side turbo headers are being fabricated, so complete set is going to be available this next week. The twin turbo header set is going to be offered for $1200.00, all laser cut 3/8" steel flanges with 1/8" wall thick pipes, all TIG welded. Ceramic coating available.
Will post pics of the complete set this next week.

Twin turbo headers available!
The twin turbo headers are currently available. Twin turbo headers are going to be offered thru eBay for those interested Item#2470537299. I've made some changes to the earlier twin turbo headers design and modified the passenger's side turbo header so it looked more like the driver's side. For that I had to re-work the passenger's side headers I allready had finished, but I believe that the extra work was not in vane.

It would be real nice to see how they look like in a 3rd gen engineroom. And what size do you recomend for a downpipe? It really looks like a tight fit on the drivers side. Can one keep Power assisted brakes?
Not trying to be an *** - I'm just curious because I know how close everything gets... And I like to see how other has made their solutions...
How will the return pipe from the wastegate be routed in a 3rd gen?

Twin Turbo fit
Hi
The headers fit just perfectly, no need to remove the brake booster at all. The only modification needed to the braking system are tha same modifications you would have to do if installing regular headers, just bend the brake lines a little so that it clears the headers and thats it. The down pipe that I have installed on this twin turbo headers is 3" dia and I believe that it maybe can handle a 3 1/4" or 3 1/2" and driver's downpipe runs same way as the stock crossover pipes does. I also believe that twin 3" dia downpipes is more than enought. The wastegates are located down below I do not re-connect them to the rest of the exhaust pipes because I love the sound they make when they open at boost, but they can be re-connected to the exhaust pipes routing the 1 1/4" pipes thru the passenger's side. About pictures in the engine bay, no problem As a matter of fact I took about ten pics when installing them in my car, just to realize later that the camera wasn't taking the dam pictures!
I just got this new digital video/camera and I am still learning how to use it In a near future I will be putting some wild turbo videos of my projects If any more questions dont hesitate

Do these TT headers need fabrication of accessory brackets for relocation? Or can they be run with the stock accessory locations? I am running a serpentine equipped car, but I would be willing to convert to the V-belt system to run this setup.
