N2O Spraying Question W/Forged

I plan on building a street motor probably 350 .030 over. I want to make decent power with the motor but I want to also have a nitrous system. How much would be considered safe with the following set-ups:

1. TRW forged 4340 pistions stock rods and stock crank
2. TRW Forged 4340 pistions 4340 Rods and stock crank
3. 4340 forged pistions, rods, and crank.

I did a search and found nothing that answers these questions. Thanks for your help.

1. i'd say 150hp w/ good fuel and stuff (depending on cranks condition)
2. i'd say 150hp too depenind on your crank too.
3. 250hp safely i'd say.

now you want a good crank (preferably new) because the suden impact on the crank when the N20 ignites can break a .20 under crank afret about 10 bottles or so, seen it done time and time agian. just someting to think about

look at the topic got my first 10 sec. you will se my combo. it all depends on the build up of the motor. you can do up to bout 200 with stock crank and rods with forged pistons. trw's are great but another alternative you might want to look at is the probe industries pistons. they are fair priced and about 70 grams lighter than the trw's

Yeah I've seen some silly amounts of nitrous behind lightly-built bottom ends last a very very long time. As long as everything is in good shape with good hardware your ***** are your limit.

I have a 4-bolt 355, forged rods, TRW forged pistons, ESP cast steel crank, and all ARP hardware. I plan on running much more than a 150 shot so you'll be getting an answer to your question in a few months.

it is all in the tune, i have friends who have run 300/400 shots on STOCK 350s.

it is ALL in the tune, im not saying they lasted forever, but we are talking an INSANE amount of nitrous.
