Found a few prochargers, was wondering...

Well i found 3 prochargers.

One is a D1-X for a carbed SBC, the street type with a billet helixed impeller, and the guy wants almost $3K for it brand new complete... Is that about what they go for new or what?

I also found a procharger from an Lt-1, P600B and its missing a pulley, guy wants $1500 for it... would that adapt fairly easilly into my thirdgen?

the 3rd one is a vortech, actually, its a complete kit with the mondo blow-off valve included... its a J-trim kit. that sucker looks... big. I dont know what the guy wants for that one, its actually on Ebay. searching for mondo found it.

If i went for it, I would use ESCROW cause the guy has no feedback. problem is, what does somthing like that go for? I cant find pricing on vortech's site... doh...

wee just curious if anyone thinks good of my searching around. Im trying to get rid of this whole non-intercooled blower deal I seem to have been doing latelly. I want an intercooled procharger to go with my new stealthram project

You could make it work, but you'll need a bracket for a regular SBC, which I'm not sure Procharger makes anymore. One *could* be fabricated, though. Things like the crank pulley probably won't be compatible.

I was just going to say, I do happen to have this P600B kit with brackets for a carbed/v-belt application just sitting here.. I think I'm going to go a different route. You'd need a carb hat and a few other odds and ends, though. They pop up on ebay from time to time..
