Yeah I run a 100HP shot on my stock TPI 305, No problems. NOS actually has the kit set up for 100HP on the 305 and 150HP on the 350.

I definetly think it is worth it! I have no idea what the car ran stock but when I ran it last year I had 2.73 gears, headers, all the free mods, and everything else was stock the car pulled a 14.0. This summer I changed to 3.73's, new injectors, LT1 cam, Ported plenum, and an AFPR. I should be hitting mid 13's now. As for the difficulty of the installation, it is not hard at all. It is pretty straight forward. You can have it installed in a day. I bought mine used off of ebay, I paid $400 and got everything including the manual. If you get one off ebay try to get one with all the parts, it gets expensive trying to purchase individual parts.

I had a 100 shot on a completely stock '85 IROC. It worked real well with the 100 shot.

I sold it to a friend, sadly to say after a couple street races with slicks the trans blew the F up.

But the engine is just fine!

I am running a Nitrous Express 150 shot on my stock long block 305. Check out my site for more info.Keep it rich and it'll live is all I can say really. I've run well over 100lbs of nitrous thru the motor like this and I'm happy to see that everything looks great!
