CT26 turbo possible?!

Hey guys!

I won't bombard you with questions because, well, I still have to do my homework on turbos so questions will come later.

but I do have one very general question...

My buddy has a 91 Celica GT-Four turbo all wheel drive, modded of course it's a high 13 second car it's sweet. ANYhow... he is upgrading to a ball bearing turbo and front mount intercooler and said I could have this turbo for dirt cheap!

I think maybe a couple hundred dollars?! he has quite a bit of money and he knows I dont' really have a ton of cash (student)....

Any ideas? What would be involved? I'm going to use the search button and readup over the next week or two but any advice from you guys?

I think he said he would throwin the HKS blowoff valve too, would that work?

Thanks

Garett

unless he has a 305(5.0L) or 350(5.7L) in it stock or he has two of them for you and his motor was a 2.5 liter (for a 305) or 2.8 liters (for a 350) the A/R will be so far off it will be insufficient to give decent boost. I hope this helps. http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/AS...874077-4220833 or similar books
