Ati Procharger Help!!!
I'm installing a P-1SC on my 1992 Z28.They tell you to ground the two fan relays. They tell you to ground the green wire on the center relay and the white wire on the end relay.I found the green wire on the center relay no prob. The end relay doesn't have a white wire!!! Has anyone run across this and what color wire do I ground???

But please double check the location of the relays, I am not sure which year the pictures in the ATI manual is from, but I find my MAF relays where they say the fan relays should be, and the fan relays are located next to the battery on the passenger side. But then again, I have a 1989 IROC and the pictures maybe from a different year.
I did things a little different than what ATI suggested though, I modified the fan temperature settings in the prom for the primary fan, and installed a thermo switch for the secondary fan so that I can control the enable temp for that one too.
Better than running both all the time, because they only turn on when needed.
Just my $0.02...

the perpose of running the fans all the time is to help A) keep air moving trough the intercooler, B) help the cooling system work around the obstruction of the intercooler. I ran into the same wire problem as you. I had 3 relays together, and could not tell which wires to ground (working on a 1991). I believe dealers as well as the build plant would just put them in there any which way. two fan relay and one other (fuel pump?), the fans were the outside ones. I looked over a car in the shop with a procharger and it is the same way. all three relays have a heavy gauge orange going in but only two have a heavy gauge black going out these are the fan relays. grounded the little green on one and the grey on the other and presto.

On my car the one closest to the fender was one fan relay and the one in the middle of the three was the FUEL pump relay and grounding it caused it to not come on. The relay FARTHEST from the fender was the aux. fan relay in my car. I have both of mine grounded threw a switch so I can switch them on and off by grounding them at will.
And I have a firebird with the banshee style nose. I have the whole bumper gutted to optimize airflow. I took out the collision absorber material and cut the metal behind it to get a strait shot to the radiator.
