Indestructible internals! 45lb crank, super light billet rods, je pistons + more
I have a set of indestructable internals for a sbc. Parts fit a 350 bored 60 over.
Crank is from Crankshaft Specialist, comes with lightening holes, double knife edged, polished to cut down on drag, internally balanced, only weighs 45 lbs!
Rods are from GRP and are billet aluminum, lighest they make.
Pistons are JE high compression that have been gas ported, will yield compression ratios between 10.5-over 14:1 depending on head gasket thickness and chamber size
Zero gap rings, bearings, and arp bolts come with it as well.
Whole thing was internally balanced. Cost about 5k total. Will handle over 1500 hp and some VERY high rpms.. It's all brand new 0 miles!

crank is 3.35 stroke, rods are 6" long
and it's all internally balanced, u can use just a neutral flywheel/flexplate and dampener.

What are the journal dimesions on the crank? 2.45 mains and 2.10 rods? Looks like a small block snout. Is that correct? Would you part out the assembly. Interested in the crank.

Don't know journal sizes off hand, I will find out later if it's a problem for you. Make me an offer on the crank, costs over $2k new.

I'll tell ya what put it in a safe box for a year and a half and i'll give ya 4k for it all when I get outta college . TTT for parts that cost more than both my cafs.

im not trying to give you a hard time, but 5k for crank, rods, pistons, and rings ??? thats just plain crazy..
The rods are less than a 1000.00 new
The crank is less than 1800.00 new
The pistons are between 500-600 new
Rings are about 125-150....
Balancing is from 150-275 depeding on who did it
SO I am confused here. how does this add up to 5000.00?

Pistons were 750, with zero gap rings, thats right under 1000
Internal balancing was 250
Bearings and arp bolts were about 100
Added with 8% sales tax, comes out to $5238 +- a couple dollars
Internals that are this light, that can handle that kind of power and up to 10k rpms are not something you can pick up from jegs.

Ignorant is not the word. I run a 406cid with a DART block AFR heads and a full eagle rotating assembly with je pistons. The only thing that you have diff than me is grp rods. other than that its the same except your crank is a diff brand. I do however have all the same work done to my crank.
So I think i do know a little about what ya got. I just looked up a set of grp rods 6.0in long and they were 987.00
I am not going to get into a pising match with you I am just shedding some light that you paid to much for what you have and it will be hard to get more than 3k for all of it....

You're looking at the wrong rods, mine were a custom set done by them.
You say ur crank is polished, double knife endged, and lightened to 45 lbs yet you didnt indicate any of that in your ad .
I'm not looking for 3k, I'm not even looking for 2/3 of that.
Seems kinda ironic, but you're asking too much for your setup. My 406 cost 14k to build, but the highest offer I got was 5k with 5 runs on it, thats why I kept it, hence why I'm selling these internals. Bottom line, people are cheap asses.
Anyways, good luck with ur sale. I sent you a PM regarding the nitrous kit.
