Comp Cams Pro-Magnum 1.6 Roller Rockers New In Box!
Comp Cams Pro-Magnum Self-Aligning Roller Rocker Arms, 3/8" stud, 1.6 Ratio.
Brand new in box.
CHEVY V8 1997 & Earlier with SA Rockers
Part #1318-16
*Pro Magnum Rockers are made of 8650 chromemoly steel.
This material is three times stronger than 7075-T6 aluminum which is used for most aluminum rocker arms.
*Pro Magnum Rockers have less weight (5%) at the valve train than most aluminum rockers. This means more RPM and valve train stability.
*Ideally suited for serious street, bracket racing, super classes, and circle track racing.
*You won't find a better street rocker for the price
Summit/Jegs sell for $325.
They're yours for $300 shipped.
Paypal accepted.

haha Mike, it doesn't cost $50 to ship 'em.
can only go so low on brand new parts.
it's not like they're used and have depreciated.
i'm only selling because i will be needing non-sa in the future.
$285 if picked up, $300 shipped.
roughskinjrz - yeah i'm looking at a set of trick flows for myself too actually, w/ guideplates.

dude i'd just keep em.just cuz they are self aligning dosen't mean you can't use em with guide plates (unless i'm mistaken).s.a. rockers or guide plates are needed with newer hads (with the oval shaped pushrod holes) on older heads neither are needed, but i see no conflict in both. yes no?

would these work on completely stock L98 heads?
I'm changing the cam and springs and I'd like to add 1.6 rockers.. but will these work as a direct replacement, or??
Thanks!

You could put them in completely stock w/out a cam/springs, that's a definite plus though.
why don't you just pull the guideplates out and run the s.a. rockers!?!?
I've got a couple months before I get that far anyways, rather sell and put the $ towards future purchases.
Shoot me a PM if interested folks.
Can't beat the price, still sealed in plastic.

haha, much appreciated mike.
i'm always looking for a good deal myself, but that would be a little too good.
for somebody who is about to buy these from summit or what have you, it's a great deal saving at least $25.

I'm only here to help
I may have to go to Roseville the Tuesday after Turkey day, shoot me a PM or email if you still have them at that time. If I get that way, maybe we can hook up and make a deal.

Yes they are meant to work as a direct replacement for all 87 and up 305 and 350 V8's.
I'm sure you will see a big improvement with the springs/cam in addition to these rockers.

The only thing I would trade for is a set of Non-self aligning comp rockers that are 1.6. Part # 1302-16.
Even then I would want some cash coming as those are cheaper.
Still for sale though!

Chances are I'll still have them if you have the $ in 2 weeks.
What's the part # anyways for the Trick Flows?
I think the TF are aluminum and I want the Comp because they are steel specifically. Let me know.

Oh okay.
Yeah those are aluminum.
These are steel, but still lightweight.
Can't go wrong with COMP brand.
Let me know if you have the $ next week.
Still for sale!

dont wanna hate on ur **** at all hell i run those same rockers and theyre bad *** (sept 4 i dont use the SA type) but 25 bux off of 325 aint too big of a steal, thats less than 7 percent off. Im in the middle of selling some arp wave loc rod bolts for 60 shipped and theyre 80 something from summit. Mine are also un used but i took off 25 percent. Same goes with those hold down tabs I sold mike, 15 bux for 4, sold him to sets so 30 bux gave it to him for 20. Also unused, took off 33.33 percent. Like im sayin tho up to you hope it works out and you get what you want just something to think about.

It's all good, thanks for the bump, haha.
I'm sure folks are glad you can take such a loss on parts you've bought.
Like I said earlier, I'm not in a hurry to sell, and somebody who needs these now and wants to save a little, (~15% off Summit's price, if picked up, btw) it's a good deal.

I agree, soemone needs/wants them now, the price is right. For next years project, folks will probably wait for a better savings.
Next week is iffy for me, probably won't know until late Monday if I'm going that way.
Hey look...another bump!
