Age Old 1/4 time guess???

In my Z I have a 355.Goes like this: 4340 Pro Line forged steel crank and rods,Manley 10:1 flat tops(floating) .030 over,Comp Xteme energy 274 cam=230/236 Dur at .050"-487/490 Lift,AFR 195cc/64 cc Chamber heads,Comp Pro Magnum 1.5 roller rockers,Weiand Stealth intake,Speed Demon 750 DP,SLP 1 3/4" headers into Flowmaster single 3"(no cat),HEI with MSD 6AL,4 speed T10,3.73 gears, weight is 3154 with me in the car and half tank of fuel.I also have a NX Hitman plate system with a 150 shot(for now)but plan to spray a 200 shot hopefully to see a low 11 high 10 second pass this year.I am wondering if I am nuts to think I can run low 12's all motor (low 11 to high 10 spray run)?I have beat many a mid to low 13 second car on the street but we all now that means s**t,the track is a whole different game.I have the whole suspension done,Random Technology torque arm,LCA's,Spohn LCA relocation brackets, panhard bar,Alston subframes, jegster driveshaft loop,I got way to much to list, but that should cover most of it.I just want to know if you think I can go mid to low 12 all motor or am I insane???

with a forged crank and rods, and manly pistons i would go ALOT bigger with the cam, well if the car is just a drive somtimes car, or i would say keep that one if you drive it on the street all the time. that setup can spin 7K easy and the 350's loves those r's also with the AFR heads its got no breathing problems. that setup right now i bet it probley low 13's high 12's with a bigger cam probley low 12's easy. also one thing you going to have to upgrade is that exhaust, now you getting into the low 13 and 12 second range that 3" single pipe is not going to cut it, its like running duel 1 1/2" pipes, thats really choking it up, i would at a least run a 4" or really time to start thinking about some 2 1/2" true duels.

It's just a toy,I retired it from daily duty 3 years ago.I want to go up in cam, should I go solid, roller???And if I go up in cam should I go to a single plane intake?Right now I shift at 5,800 rpm,but I have gone past and it doesnt seem to stop pulling.

a solid roller would make a HUGE gain but agian $$$ and you need to setup the heads to accept the solid roller, i would go with a VERY healthy solid cam, a 3,500 stall if you dont have it allready and forsure fix that exhaust, all those mods and i wouldnt be suprised if you didnt pick up a night and day diffrence in performance, and dont be afraid to spin it, the SBC expecally the 350's and smaller need the r's to make power.

Thanks for all your help,I am going to be making some changes.I am going to go with a solid roller, talked to comp, and heads are getting some work done to go with the new setup. No stall,I run standard only,I know it would be faster with auto, but I love to shift, and 4" exhaust has been ordered,an expensive day to say the least. Thanks again
