227rwhp=high 13`s

i think the 14.6 prediction is really close. i had a 225 with my stock cam and the car weighed 3280lbs and i only ran 14.20's. i suppose you could get 13's oput of it if you ran enough gear, but then i doub the car would be drivable.

highly doubt it
my guess would be high 14.6-15.0
that little amount of hp and tq in with that much mass would not move easily
either get the power up or the weight down and you should be able to get it though

Come on guys,that still equals 272hp. and 316lbs/ft. at the crank.
A 94 LT1 with 275hp. and 325lbs/ft. runs 14.4@98 w A4 , 2.73 gears,stock radials and wieghs 3700lbs,I have seen fully loaded
GTA`s run high 14`s with 245hp.L98`s and 3.23 gears.

Power to weight ratio is based on rear wheel HP since that's the final output to the ground trying to push you down the track.
His power to weight ratio works out to 14.6's but that will really depend on traction. If he runs faster then his car is lighter than quoted or he has more RWHP available than expected.
Put that same engine into a stripped down 2500 pound car (ie Monza or Vega) and it should run 12.9's
