Ran the car again; I'm a convicted cone killer after today!
That was one of my faster runs, I feel I could have run faster but my general health isn't too good this week, I did the best I could. Updates to the car are:
Ground Control WJ
1100/lb front springs
235/lb rear
-1.5 camber, 4.5 caster, 0.1 toe out
Koni Yellows (rear set to 0, front full firm)
36mm/23mm sway bars (getting a 18mm/21mm bar for tuning)
GC Panhard bar
Lowered the panhard 2 inches, leveled it out
LCARBS.

What does WJ stand for?
How does your car ride on the street with such hard front springs? More importantly, how does it handle on the course and on the street? I don't know if I want to get Eibach lowering springs or set rate springs that you know the spring rate.
How do you like racing in Dec. (if it happened this month). I need fall and winter off for Football.

Weight Jacks.
You know, with the struts/shocks turned to max softness, it really isn't that bad. Some bumpy roads, and potholes can be jarring... but I can still drive it. I see that you live in N.C... on that day it was 82 degrees with a dry hot wind.
Probably not the same in N.C. :P

How much did they lower the car? When it is time, I can get AFCO Racing or whatever summit racing has for springs. I will probably get from 800lbs to 1000 lbs in the front. I want to get 400-500lbs in the rear, based on the front stiffness. Based on your car, is that too stiff in the rear? 235lbs in the rear sounds too soft compared to your fronts. Do you know the height of your springs? On summitracing.com, some are 11" high and some are 9.5" high.
I actually like the cold, it gives me a break from the 95 and humid during the summer. But because of global warming, a couple days this month were in the 70s. That's waay too hot for late fall/early winter here.

I want to do this sooooo bad ! ... Can't find events like that around here in hillbilly vile .... Everyone just goes drag racing or mud bogs <-- lame .... And we only have 1/8 mile tracks here too also lame ! ... Sometimes I wished I still lived in Hammond Indiana or even back in North Carolina ... Alabama is lame ! Closest event I've found is like 400 miles away and I have no truck and trailer so if I broke something it would b bad

Just keep on racing, it's fun. I yanked out half of my interior and my back seats so I need to get my car weighed. I probably only dropped about 70lbs from it but I still need to take out some items from the hatch. I really need larger sway bars because my rear end does not rotate at all on the street and my 328i rotates nicely. But even that car doesn't rotate enough for my liking.
If you like cars with a MT, do a T-56 swap eventually. You should be at least a half second faster at every course.
What tire are you using? And what size?

How do you like them? I'm leaning towards buying them for my wheels during the spring.

Get a chemical garden sprayer and spray water on your tires. I always see some of the hotshoe drivers using those to cool their tires down. One guy also used it to cool down his oil temp. He was spraying his radiator (which would cool down his coolant) and the top of his intake manifold if I remember correctly.
I co-drove with two guys with the same tires as you and they did not get overheated at all. They both had Miatas so car weight and set-up affects tires differently.
