That depends on a lot of things. Like what kind of injection, or carbueration (sp?). My stock L98 runs a 14.21 in the 1/4.

How about with a GMPP 285hp, crate engine, Edelbrock Performer RPM intake, 600 cfm carb, Turbo 350, wicked shift kit (shifts at 5000-5500), 2500 stall conv., no emmisions, egr or a/c, Mac exhaust, and stock 2.73 rear. What if I got headers and 3.42's? On street tires.

I don't want to make another "What would I run..." post so I figured I'd post here.

92 L98, auto, 87K miles, 3.23, street tires.
All stock parts except a replacement dynomax 2.5" muffler and K&N's.
Still has all smog and cats.

In august it ran:
60ft- 1.964
1/8- 8.958 @ 77mph
1/4- 14.02 @ 96.7

You'll run about a high 13, low 14 with that crate motor, assuming its around 285 at the flywheel.
