I just had my best time in the 1/8th of 9.65. Before that was 9.74 and 9.84.
I'm going to Moroso this weekend and I'll finally get this baby on the 1/4 mile track.
I like my set up, next time it's going to be a 400 block with the same heads.
I don't like my lack of low end torque. I need to do my gears (3.73). Currently they are 2.73. I can't wait to see the difference in my times.
And maybe a torque convertor with a bigger stall would help.

Now: 1974 350CI, 2bolt,.030 over, Badger Flat Head Pistons w/ valve relief, Melling high performance street cam, GM Cast Vortec Heads, Edelbrock RPM Air Gap Intake, Edelbrock 600cfm w/ electric choke, GM HEI w/ vacuum advance, Weiand Low Profile Air Cleaner, Mallory 5 port Fuel Pressure Regulator, Mr. Gasket Throttle Cable Bracket, Corvette Shift Servo, 16" IROC Wheels, Every thing else is STOCK
Soon: 3.73 or 3.42, Gears, Hoosier Q/T
