Transmission: 5-speed
Slicks for 16" wheels?
Anyone make them for our stock 16" x 8" wheel?

Supercharged 1987 305 IROC-Z, Daily-Driver, Emissions-Legal.
Former Paxton (6-psig) with 50-hp nitrous: 12.043 @ 112.86 mph.
ATI D1SC (10-psig): 12.056 @ 116.62 mph.
All stats are altitude corrected for 3,100 feet using NHRA's Altitude Correction Table.

i run hoosier quick time pro's. 26x9.50x16's
they are great tires, drive good, DOT approved, require very little burn out, last a while.
i drive mine on the street all the time, just be careful of puddles, they ain't aquatreads

as far as slicks go there are no real slicks for 16's. The ls1 guys have to run 16's to clear the brake caliper as far as i know. ask one of those guys at the track. They are usaly pretty freindly arround here.

I've got a set of M&H Streetmasters sized 305/50B-16 They're DOT, and require tubes.

Bright (VERY bright) red. Mods? yep, but never enough!
New toy: '85 305TPI/700R4 Black T-Top T/A (saved from the crusher). So far: fresh '88 700R4 w/'vette servo, shift-kit, & converter; gutted airbox; descreened MAF; coolant-bypass; ported plenum/runners/manifold; 160 deg thermostat.
