definitely a heavy piece of glass, may or may not be where you need the weight. - I've never done a gutted-out back half w/ a stock rear glass, but I probably would leave most of the sail panel and rear roof structure alone if I did.

Thanks, I thought so, just remove enough get the tubs in then.
On tubs, should I get tubs 4" bigger than the tires I will be running? I have 31" tires now but might replace them with 32" when needed.

I have no idea what size tubs I used. I had 32x14 tires and this year I have 32x16 tires. I can't go taller because of clearance issues but it has nothing to do with the tubs. I converted my back window to Lexan before I tubbed the car. The 36" tubs are more than enough for what you need to do.
