nice.. when i was running mid 12's, i did 3 runs with increments within .015.. had no traction and a stick.. lost cause of a red light.

How did you get identical ETs, when the Reaction Times are so far apart? Something is wrong with those time slips......

ET doesn't start until the front tire clears the 2nd (staged) starting line beam. You could sit there for 2 minutes after the green comes on and still run exactly the same ET.

Gotcha.....
I knew that was how autocross worked, but they also don't tell you your reaction time, just the lap time. I just don't drag race so.....
I always thought that (in drag racing) the timer started with green, meaning the reaction time would be deducted from the run time.
So in reality, you don't hafta worry about reacting to the green? Just run a quicker time? Sleep for 2 minutes & still win?

no the reaction time is added to the elapsed time, still first one to the stripe is gonna be the winner, thats how i've won a lot of races i shouldn't have
