Can't be certain of the ratio of those tires. But judging by the car they are on (an autocross car), I'd bet they are 40 or 45 series, because that is what would typically be found on a race compound tire on an autocross car.
And yeah.....Those do look like crosslace wheels. Which are very popular for an autocross car, since they are the lightest factory 3rd gen wheel made.
