My low maintenance racecar
After sitting since the last race the day after Thanksgiving. I changed oil and my brother took my car back to the track and it ran 7.25 in the 1/8 on pumpgas just like it should.

Re: My low maintenance racecar
Gotta love low maintenance, my GTA sat in the corner of my garage from May 2008 till last week when I dusted her off, changed the oil, and drove to the track to run my best pumpgas times yet - an 11.06 and 11.13 both better than my previous best of 11.20

Re: My low maintenance racecar
low maintaince race cars are great!
last i built my car was 3 years ago. it sits from september to april or may. all i do to it , is change oil and sparkplugs. i have cked the valve adjustment 7 or 8 times over the years , and have not had to adjust a single valve sence inital assy. its been so long sence i have had the carb apart , i dont even remember what jetting i have in it lol. all i play with is on a lap top with timing and launch control in the electrotivemotive xdi box.
