1990 iroc z times, Is this about right?
i bought this car for 1500 dollars and it didnt run right i did a fuel pump that didnt fix it then new plugs cap rotor and 24# fuel injectors with the bbk afpr that finally fixed the problem seems to run strong trans shifts good and hard! anyways this was my first time to the track in about three years andmy first pass was a mess at 15.2 then second pass i got jumbled at the light and then had a good run and went 14.78 @ 96MPH i was happy with that and had to drive car home, so probly some room for improvement, but i was happy! Car is stock other than above mentioned

r/t does not matter in the ET if thats what your thinking.
Post your 60FT! Thats a better indicator of true ET.

lookin good ET can come down with more traction/better launch but the power is there. 96mph is what a good running L98 should beable to pull. With exhaust mods, you should touch 98-99.

no thats fine, just loud and probly has a poor exhaust tone. I'd run some sort of muffler to get the tone. In fact, having it shorter in length may actually produce more power since exhaust tuning for power is based on flow and length of the pipe from the headers/manifolds. But that gets in depth and not necessary for this motor at this level.
if you dont need a cat, just gut it and run a nice 3" catback. you'll get a nice flowing system for power and good sound and not be obnoxious. I've had my car with just a cat and straight pipe for a little while, while i was building an exhaust or w/e at the time. it just wasnt good sounding in my opinion
