Alive again!
after the better part of a year, i fired up the GTA tonight. i have rewired the entire car, assembled a megasquirt II kit, installed that, and setup the crank trigger stuff. also relocated most all the electronic stuff to behind the dashboard.
tonight i was scrolling through the programmable stuff in my dig.7, and realized i had the high side of my window switch set for 6,000 rpms. that means that on all the nitrous passes i was making, the window switch was turning the juice off about 40ft. off the line with the tires still in the air. i shift the car at 6800, so obviously the nitrous was not coming on the rest of the pass. just the first 40 feet or so! thats why.....
on motor- 7.13@98 1.55 60'
on 125 shot- 6.61@102 1.34 60'
i believe the car would have gone a 6.3x@108 or some junk if it was spraying the whole pass! 9's already for the little stock shortblock? woo hoo!!

Please tell me a little more about your car's setup. Still a 350, stock heads? LT1 intake? Trans? Rear & Gear? What have you sone for suspension mods? Roll cage/bar?

stock LT1 out of my '93 z28. i ported the heads a little bit a few years back (im no pro) and put a 230/236 cam in it. it also now has a accel pro-ram single plane fuel injected intake with 1200cfm tb. megasquirt controlled.
NOS "cheater" plate kit jetted for 125 shot.
th400 trans leaving off the foot brake.
9" rear with 4.56's on the old passes, now has a 3.89 gear.
28x10.5x15 hoosiers
k-member/a-arms, s&w subframes&torque arm, lca's, wolfe swaybar, trick front springs, koni spa-1 shocks all around
right now im still rockin a 4 point rollbar, but will be getting a serious cage in the near future. all the interior panels are in the car, along with power windows and trunk pulldown. kirkey race seat.
