running those same exact tires on my 89 irocz 16x8 wheels

fits perfect. i even have an Ls1 rear end now that sticks out near 2 inches on each side, and they still fit good

i have 275/50-15 MT drag radials.. its the same thing as a 26x11.5 but it has a wider section width.. it will fit.. if you have 4.5" backspacing, its all good..

I have the 26x11.50-16 ET Streets on my car with stock 91-92 Z28 wheels. They are slightly taller than the 26x10.50-16 ET Streets, so you should use a 3.42 or numerically higher rear end ratio. (I see you have 3.73's, just letting other people know). I had to slightly modify the inner wheel wells where the LCA mounts. Nothing major, just a slight bend.

The stock 16x8’s are supposed to be 16mm offset, or about 5-1/8” backspacing, but if you measure them they’re all more then that, usually 5-1/4” or more, my stock formula wheels measure 5-3/8”…
