I am going to exactly replicate an IROC series 8 stock car. Problem is I cannot find any specs or even detailed photos. Can anyone help me?

What's a series 8 stock car? Are you referring to a Player's Challenge car?

If you want info on this stuff, try the history/restoration board. There are some player's challenge nuts in there (several people actually own players cars).

It could also mean a car that was used in the original IROC series. All the cars were identical except for paint and numbers. These were purpose built race cars to test a driver's skills. I'm not sure how "street legal" they were.

Yes I am referring to an international race of champions car. I do not plan to drive it on the street. I want to build one to run on a track. I have gotten more response here than I have in the historical board. Just someplace to start would be great. The IROC site hasn't been any help at all. I tried to e-mail them and the message came back as undeliverable.

this might sound silly but do you have any of the action diecast cars?

The die cast that I have seen have the wrong hood so who knows what else is incorrect. They all feature a production Iroc hood while the race cars had a different hood.

Complete tube chassis stock car with a Camaro body attached to it. Not something you can do with a factory production car.
