Well figured it was much better than paying $450+, so I bought the universal
from comp.. Decent piece, need to make own mounts but every thing else is supplied.
I mounted it backward as that was easiest, and welded to shock mounts - figured that was better than welding to axle tube and risk warping..

Can get more pics if anyone needs, camera went dead after this one.

So, Tom, it was not that bad of an install, except for making the brackets? I was looking at the C/E one as well, considering the price over the Wolfe Racecraft one. I do have a friend that is a great welder. C/E has a universal one, and one for Mustangs. Those Darn Mustang guys have it so easy...LOL More pics would be great. Do you see any fit problems with a complete Mufflex 4" system, with the C/E swaybar? I saw on Wolfes website, that theirs will fit with big exhaust systems.

Got your pm, thanks! and was looking at you cardomain site - that car is awsome man!
I love the look - really clean!
If you mount it like mine is, there will be no problem at all with the mufflex.

Thanks for the kind words, and the reply. If you have a few more pics, I'd like to see them.

You gotta get the VB garage set up with your new toy. I checked it out, but I figured you did not have the time to get any info or pics up yet.

I used the Spohn rear drag sway bar. Bolted right up to chassis where the old sway bar brackets were on the top side. Works nicely. http://www.spohn.net/product.cfm?productid=1437

Hey Thanks!
Its a moser 9" and its really, really heavy.
I could have easily put a stock one on, but they are not nearly strong enough
to keep car level.. I use stocker on the T/A, and its not up to par by any means.
Looks like they are having BIKER day on Friday - grr
But sat. has been changed to regular racing but no points, so I will be there
and hope to be running well...
Been having problem with car breaking up real bad, found fuel filter to be about 50% clogged - hope that was it..
Tried to test it up the road but not enough room..

BAD406, Looks like your bar is working well and I was close to buying that one - I just saw an opportunity to save $120 and get a more ridgid bar I hope..

wow, lookin' great brother!

i'm REALLY cheap and will be upgrading my puney stock 19mm for a ws6 24mm one if i can ever find one. i'll be putting poly bushings on the rearend for it and i've already got poly bushings on the endlinks. hopefully it'll be strong enough for what i'm doing...

yeah that should be good. i can check my local speed shop/junkyard to see if they have any. they get fbodies in all the time and should have some left over sway bars. 4th gen sway bars fit 3rd gens to and he has a bunch of 4th gens layin around.
