3 gen. Anti-roll bars?

Does anyone use a Under the rear anti-roll bar, just wondering if they work ok on a 850hp sbc NA, stock style susp. or good up till 8.50's, i'm looking to get my bmr factory style rear sway bar off to put on my new strange double adj. rear shocks ,but sway bar is in the way, so an under the rear one looks like the one to do the job. Thanks. JR.

I stripped the car to nothing and what doesn't need to be there is gone!!! my weight of car with me went from 3325lbs. to 3075lbs.my race weight, about 250lbs of junk, so i'm looking to get an 8.80 @ 153 out of it this year. Thanks JR Newman.

jr, I run the Wolfe Craft Racing under rear end anti roll bar and it works perfectly-no body roll what so ever. Very spendy mind you and if you have any fabbing skills and the time I would recommend just getting a universal drag anti roll bar and doing what you need to to make it work...will save lots of money this way if you have the typical tools and steel lying around the shop.

I did'nt take any pictures of the install but you can see it in one of my car pictures leaving Click Here

Or you can goto Wolfe Crafts Websiteand they have MANY pictures of this parts install as well as many others.

Well worth the money and is hands down the best option for having the car leave flat and straight after you fine pre load.

I wish I would've had time to take pictures, but it was late in shipment and literally turned into a installation as soon as UPS dropped it off and 2hr later was on the road to the track.

The only advise I have to offer, the tabs they send that mount the link arms to the chasis are a joke since they just weld onto the "rear frame horn" area. You'd be much better off initally reinforcing that area with some 1/8-3/16" x ? flat steel and use that to overlay that "rear frame horn" so it has a good backbone since it will take alot of abuse. I've heard of a few guys that ran them on the street and actually ripped them off or tore the factory steel. I've been lucky thus far with mine and can tell you I went from a decent riding car to a lumber wagon after I installed it....but on track performance has made this piece proven IMO and WEEEL worth the cost, even with my short tq arm it tightened up my 60's quite a bit...cant wait to install a long one again and really reap the benefits and save on tires-might even be able to fine tune R/T's easier as well....sucked after installing since it started jerking outta the beams and I lost my front tire psi R/T tuning ability only go so low on rears and 2 step and could never really get that little bit slower or faster that I needed to really stay in the scarey low .5's R/T.

Your anti roll bar should have come with reinforcing plates.
