99-03 roush stang?

guys. do any of yall know what these run? i ran into 2 of thses on my way to college today and both sounded like they packed a good punch (but thats how all stangs sound). the one definitly didnt have stock exhaust though. Now i didnt try to toy with them because i was in my daily driver (96 sunfire) the maro was at home. so anybody know what kinda times they run. they were both sticks too. i think i remember reading somewhere that they were high 13's ? idk

I saw one run a 13.7 at 102. BTW you may want to make a third gen connection here.

I know but this site is picky. I think it would be close in the 1/4. Not sure how they fair on the highway.

if it's a stage one or two you'll be fine. It's just a glorified body kit with a few bolt ons. Watch out for the stage threes though.

it says on the back where the GT badges go.

i think the stage 3s might have "Supercharged" somewhere on the car. Maybe it's my imagination.

just go look up rousch's site.

Roushes had superchargers? I thought only the Cobras and Saleen cars had blowers.

I ran a Rousch Mustang at the track. He ran a 12.00. I would have to look up the MPH as he is on my time card. Needless to say I lost that one. Must have been a stage 3 as it had forced induction.

yes ill definitly have to watch out. its soo hard to tell the fast stangs from the slower ones. there are soo many 4.6's down here. im gonna do some more research on the roush cars though because i see them often. just when you think you got a win in the bag you get pulled bad lol. damn i thought mid 13's was fast enough lol.

Found the timeslip. The Rousch Mustang ran a 12.096 @ 115.17. Just for giggles I also was up against a nitrous Z06 Corvette. I had a rough night. Hehehe. He ran a 10.84 @ 118.15.

Ya your out of your league, but its all in fun. Hopefully your smart enough not to put money down against a Nitrous Vette.
