I am going down to look at a fellow thirdgenners iroc this weekend and was wondering if anybody had an idea of what the setup on the car would run in the 1/4 and how much hp it should lay down.

There are so many of these threads lol. A 350 TPI with those mods should put down mid-high 12's with traction. Id plan on high 12's though.

Seriously, I doubt you're going to see 12's. Not enough gear, and probably not enough traction with the gears you have.

I think it will depend on the tune of the car. I am going to say high 12's beacuse I am running 13.5's on my 350 with just bolt ons. Think about it he has bolt ons plus heads, cam, ect.
I forgot about those.....With black crinkle chevy bowtie center bolt valve covers you may see 11's

ET will also depend on where you race. What's the elevation of the closest track to Lake tahoe? A high altitude track will slow you down. My guess is that you'll go to Top Gun Raceway in Nevada. They list the elevation at 4000 feet. That's going to be pretty high when you factor in the density altitude. If someone says you should run high 12's, don't be disappointed if you only get mid 13's.
