Finally got 1/4 mile times.
I know I should not post this witout my slips in front of me but I am to excited. I took my car to Edgewater Raceway in Cleves Ohio on saturday. It was pretty hot and humid but I ran great. My mods are CatBak Flowmaster, airfoil, BBK AFPR, 2200 stall, and no cats. My previous best 1/8 mile was 9.36 with a 2.1 60'. That was before the stall. My new best is a 9.11 with a 1.9 60'. I could not belive it. I have a couple good pics but I do not have time to load them right now. I really dont care about the 1/4 time because I still have the TPI intake on and it runs better in the 1/8, but the 1/4 mile times were 14.36 at 93 which is not to bad. I am not sure of the elevation there but it was 90% humidity. If someone has a close idea of the elevation there and knows how to do a corrected ET I would love to know what it is. Thanks

Glad to see some mods paid off. Just wait until the air gets a lil better and then you'll be really pumped up, just hope you can stick the track since you'll be making a bit more power.

Edgewater is listed as 482 feet elevation. Without temperature, humidity and barometric pressure, I can't give a density altitude correction.

I think the temp was about 85 and the humidity was realyy high that day. I dont know exactly what it was or the Barometric pressure either. I am not going back this weekend because of the Nationals at IRP but I am going next weekend. I will have better tires and I am going to fab a nice cold air intake using a front mount intercooler off of an eclipse I have laying around. I am going to download the pics in a bit.

I got the pics. You have to check them out. I believe the launch pic is great. It had a wicked squat for stock suspension.

Wow, I was at least hoping for a compliment on my wicked squat with stock suspension. I guess not. LOL.

I know. I was very impressed myself with a 1.9 60' and a 9.1 in the 1/8 with a pretty much stock GTA. I am shooting for the 13's before I put my new motor in it. I am going to build a cold air intake using an intercooler and I have stickier tires now. Also adding hooker headers and true duals with bullet style mufflers. I think that will get me there. I dont care if it is a 13.999999999999. LOL

great times with your car, I'm really impressed!!
You're pretty close to my LT1, it runs a 9.0@80 in the 1/8th, with my badass 2.2 60 ft lol.
What tires were you on when you hit the 1.9? If you were on street tires, that's an EXCELLENT time!

yeah just abit more stall, like 2500 should get you a high 8 second 1/8 mile. my best is 8.80 at 77mph with 2800 stall
and that is a nice launch for a mostly stock GTA. looks pretty good
i cut 1.88's 60 foots and mine doesnt look like that LOL

Ohio Valley is where I frequent. TnT is Wednesday and Friday nights 6-1030pm. 15 to race 5 to watch. The track prep isnt to ogreat on fridays which is when i usually go. best urns you'll get is right after the slicks cars run, then you hit and i hooked hardo n old bald *** street tires. Ill probably be out there in about 2 weeks since I sitll need to hit the dyno and hook my nitrous up.
