Yeah my guess would be low 13's, given the mods that were listed. As far as the trap speed, i suck at making that estimate so I will refrain from making that guess.

low 13's sounds about right to me or maybe even high 12's if he can hook well with the 5 speed.

If it were an auto car I would say high 11's, since its not its hard to tell where he will be at. I had a friend running a similar setup, only the Edelbrock Performer heads (170cc runners, similar flow characteristics), TH350 and a 3000 stall and he went 11.8's with the XE284 in a 383.

i had a 906 headed ,stock block 350 with a 284xe, gm intake,650dp,flowtech shorties,3200rpm stall,and 3.27 gears and it ran a 7.99@85.2 with a 1.69 60' on dr's. a 7.99 is roughly equivalent to a 12.45@108,

This depends on a LOT of factors...

My car has gone 7.94 @ 85.8 and the 1/4 time was 12.56 @ 105.8. Some cars pull harder in the top end then others. Weight, gears, tires, etc all play a huge roll...
