need suggestions
Hey guys, I took a little time off from racing to get a few thing caught up around the house (honey-do's), anyway, I need some suggestions for a good cam for my drag car. here is what I have now
'85 T/A
94 LT-1 (stock except for .030 overbore)
Holley 750 VS carb
full MSD ignition
GM performance Dual plane carb manifold
Hoosier slicks
B/W 9 bolt 3.23's posi (will be changed to 3.73's soon)
TH-350 race built
TCI converter (supposed to be 3000 but only get to about 2500 before pushing the car)
straight long tube headers
car is stripped and weighs in at 2800 lbs
I need some ideas for a cam for this motor, the heads are iron and stock. I don't mind doing a little work to them for increased valve lift if needed
it currently runs 8.1x's in the 1/8th and is very consistent, it pulls 1.8x 60' times.

Hey Stephen, this car is totally a drag track car. it doesn't even have lights or anything else to make it street worthy.
I'm looking for the most HP I can get out of this motor and drivetrain combo.
thanks,
