Nitrous= better than sex
I've had the kit on my car all season, but today is the first time I used it (after elims). All I can say is, I wanna do it again. She ran 7.315 @ 94.14 mph in the 1/8. 1.643 Short time spinning sideways with two 40 lb bags of salt in rear well. It sure was fun, just wanted to share.

It was with a 100hp shot of Edelbrock performer rpm (250hp max). I have some suspension tuning to do to get it to hook well.
After eliminations I went to the tower to ask if my buddy and I could go heads up on a pro tree, so we did. He out 60 footed me and runs 7.50's, so as you tell it was quite fun.
88tpi, I am married wit a dog and a cat,I just have my priorities straight, lol.
As for the motor, it is a small cammed, pump gas, AFR headed 355. It is very streetable, it is a street car after all, lol.

Your Married? I should have re-worded my statement...no wonder you think nitrous is better than sex...you can GET nitrous
So do you have forged pistons? Do you have a seperate fuel line supplying the nitrous? I haven't ever examined a carb nitrous kit...

Dude, I totally understand now. You are correct sir, nitrous is always ready and willing, lol.
It has KB signature series slugs, Scat crank, Comp solid cam (236 @ .05, .495 lift). I am using a 4 port reg. with a separate port for carb and N2O, and I still use the stock hi pressure tpi pump in the tank. I have a press gauge in the cowl so I can monitor it downtrack.

Better than sex?!? What the he.... Maybe better than having sex with a dead fish. LOL I hope to find out the joys of nitrous one of these days after my car is actually running on the motor only.

Coxy, I just noticed you're in Indpls, :rockon: I just posted in the NW IN board that I can't seem to find anyone in Indpls. It'd be cool to meet at IRP sometime next season. I know my car trapped 92mph in the 1/8 before I bought it and I'm expecting mid-11 1/4 times on motor only once it's fixed again.

I have wanted to run IRP, but I have been running for points at Brown County, so I havn't made it yet. Come down there sometime, there is a two day race Oct. 18 + 19, we'll be camping and there then, some big fast nitrous guys from Mich. will be there.
