Will air bag in right rear help traction with a spool?
I used to run an air bag in the right rear when I was using a limited slip but took it out when I installed the new rear end. Would putting the air bag back in help my traction or would I need to use one on both sides due to the spool??

A spool has nothing to do with suspension. If the right rear wheel lifts off the ground because of differential twist, the tire will still turn. You still need the air bag or suspension modifications to keep that wheel planted on the ground so the the power transmitted to that tire from the spool can be used.
i have a spool and still use an air bag. You could also use trick springs that have a higher spring rate on the right side than the left which does the same thing. A rear sway bar will also help keep the wheel on the ground.

Thanks Stephen!!
The air bag is back in, I will be out racing Saturday hoping to break 1.80 0-60ft and put the car in the 7's (1/8 mile)
Still getting to know the automatic.
