thats pretty good times for a 305 tpi with an automatic tranny.

what gears do you have? you should either have 2.73's or 3.42's, from the good times and mph i would think u have the 3.42's.

Mine came with 3.23's factory. Look in your center console on the underside of the lid - it should either be a GU2 or a GU5 code.

Here's a timeslip from my car pretty much stock, mods were: 1LE Alum. DS, K&N's, gutted air box, 13* base timing, gutted cat.

60'... 2.02
330'... 6.244
1/8... 9.745
MPH... 69.54
1000'... 12.785
1/4... 15.355
MPH... 87.76

I know what you should do next. Get some more displacement!

Well said, I have the exact same setup except mine is a Trans Am. I dumbly rebuilt my 305 instead of just yankin it out and throwin a 350 in. Oh well, live and learn. My times were high 16's and low 17's. Mainly due to the fact that my exhaust has holes and my intake box has a hole as well.
