we just finally got his car running, its an 84 ta, its got a built 355 that has a scat crank, all forged internals, .590 lift cam, totally ported and polished 202 heads, air gap intake, 1.6 roller rockers, holley 750 douple pumper, it is also now backed by a built 5spd, and 3.73 gears..on desktop dyno it made 530hp and over 600lb/ft...now the question, what do you think he will run? were going to the track this friday were thinking with traction he should be in the 11s, but we took it out earlier and the tires just erupted into smoke through 3 gears, prob would of gone longer but he let out, he'll have slicks at the track but any guesses? thanks

 

OK. I'm guessing 12.5@107, that would be decent the first time out without any fine tuning. It will be interesting to see what it turns. Good Luck
