Swapping open 3.23 for POSI 3.42, how much of a gain?

My current best times are a 14.44@98.1 mph with a 2.48 60' time. I have absolutely no traction through first gear and it spins hard on the one two shift, with lots of wheel hop. I will be swapping over to a 3.42 posi unit here hopefully by the end of the week. I also took the oportunity to box my stock LCA's and panhard bar. With all this stuff combined, how much do you think it will help my times? The car is run on street tires with a t-5 tranny BTW...

thanks for the input...
Eric
