With a hard top it depends on if it is a 6 speed or an auto, and how good of a driver the person is.
On street tires and no mods good driver and with a 6 speed I have seen mid 13 second range on a GOOD DAY. With non experianced driver 14 second range. Remember this is just on what I have seen at the track so other may say something different BUT convertibles weight more and I have not seen one run so I would say a HIGH 13 with a good driver and traction.

I know our track blows and no one can ever get traction I have just never heard of or seen a BONE stock LS1 hit a 12 ON street tires When I say good day I mean good 60ft, descent traction and good weather. I have heard of a high 12.8 on street tires with a stock car and tires but that was with a 6 speed and the driver has been racing for over 20 years

Car: 1989 GTA
Engine: LS1
Transmission: T56
Axle/Gears: 9bolt 3.27s
The LS1 6 speed's can run in the 12's out of the box with a good driver and good conditions. The coupes weigh 3433lbs and convertables weigh 3577lbs, so 144lbs shouldn't make that much of a difference but the coupe is more areodynamic than the convt.

a friends convertible 2000 Z 6speed went 14.2 at 102mph. he has traction issues, however. he needs new tires. from what ive seen, LS1 cars have trouble launching without wheelspin and get sorta sideways on the 1-2 shift
