Out with the old

Replaced my airbag steering wheel with a grant, horn works and airbag light turns off so good to go.

Re: Out with the old

I definitely not a fan of the airbag steering wheel despite it being a mandatory thing by the 90s. I always loved the leather wrapped 3 spoke wheel when I had my '87 Trans Am. My '89 GTA had that redundant radio control hub which was okay but eh...I'm also going away with the airbag as well with my '91 restoration project and going back to the 3 spoke wheel design which now I can also install the GTA horn button that has been sitting on my shelf for years!

Nice wheel looks really good as far as the aftermarket choices!

I am doing the same with my formula, the 3 spoke trans am/GTA wheel is my favorite thirdgen wheel by far!

I wanted a factory non airbag wheel but couldn't find one in the condition I wanted for a reasonable price

3 The chance of death or great bodily injury is increased with a missing Air Bag.

4 Possible liability if someone is injured in a crash, where the Air Bag could have helped.

5 If the OP sells the car, and a lawsuit could occur if someone is injured, and the Air Bag could have helped.
