This is disturbing, horrifying, and heart wrenching to read.

A young girl and her father were attacked by a bear while camping.

During the attack she was still conscious and lucid enough to call her mother for help. But, help was too far away, and 1 hour later she called her mother while in shock.

I'm not a parent, but I can feel this one. I couldn't help by imagine if my sisters, or my nephew called and i heard that phone call how much grief I would go through. Knowing they were alive, but there wasn't anything I could do to save them.

*Still trying to find out if this story is fake, but so far nothing has cropped up disputing it.

The only thing odd I found is that it says she was training to be a Psychologist, however had just graduated from Music school.

I would have called the police after the first phone call, not sure why she waited so long? Thats why they have dont feed the bear signs so we dont become food

I seriously doubt this article is real. Things don't add up, not to mention - would you let another animal eat you alive while you talk on a cellphone? I know I'd give ONE phonecall to local police, and I'd do whatever I could to fight things off - even if I died in the process.

Is it possible this happened? Maybe, but highly unlikely. You wouldn't be having a conversation if your body was being torn apart.
