Be happy u guys have never had to do one where the dash is bonded to the body with the nasty impossible to cut torch superglue adhesives they use on the new stuff.
Makes it take another couple hours.
Am I the only one who laughs at people here who pull their dash out on the cams and birds lol Get a kick when I see that in a post
later

hey bill try doing a 88 Chevy Corvette...they way loads more fun when you have to take the pass seat out and then lie on your back for 7 hours, i came out unscaved but with a major back pain for a week ...pulling crap that shouldn't even be on the car!
I find an old 85 Bronco much more funn"er", only takes 10 minutes...

I still say Ford screwed up that job. BUT its done.
Now if we can only figure out what happened with my ignition cylinder. Off really doesn't mean off anymore because the radio stays on all the time.......
I can still turn it off though.
which works just fine for me. Just kind of odd since we didn't do any rewiring, just plugging in things again.

Yeah, it was not that bad at all. Kinda funny with it all stripped down with no dash, kinda like a cheap go-kart.
Strange problems afterwards though

I still say if I was around and not up at school still, that job would've been done in under an hour.
Its amazing how much faster things go when you have the right tools (circular saw, 20lb sledge, jaws of life, etc.
