Thinning the herd, who needs go-fast parts?
My current plans don't require me to make any more then stock HP for next year, so I'm liquidating some parts.
ADDED - Finned, deep trans pan for 700R4. Cast aluminum. Some gouges in fins at front from curbs. Pan is not cracked and does not leak. Comes with Allen head bolts for pan. Used. $50, was $70 picked up. Still has a 700r4 trans/converter/flexplate attached too if you want it for a core. 3rd is burned up.
ADDED - Corvette Z06 calipers, red. Powdercoat isn't in good shape, but would be awesome for a brake upgrade. $125 picked up.
ADDED - Grey cloth seats out of a '96 Formula. In pretty good shape, have a few cigerette burns on the driver's seat though. $150.
ADDED - Dark Blue cloth seats out of an '85 Firebird. Very good shape for being 20 years old. $50 OBO. Buy these before I'm forced to get rid of them.
Fresh Aluminum L98 Corvette heads. 58cc chambers, 3/8" screw in studs, springs good for .500 lift. $525, was $575 picked up.
Comp Cams custom grind, Hyd. Roller. 236/242, .520/.540 w/ 1.5 rockers, 114+2 LSA. Has 5k miles on it but in good shape. No unusual wear marks. $100, was $120 picked up.
Modified LT1 intake ready to bolt to your SBC. Done by John Millican. Painted black. Comes with fuel rail and any vacuum fittings that came in stock manifold. $250 was $275 picked up.
Lingenfelter 58mm throttle body. This thing is one big chunk of billet that ought to flow a good amount of air. Has the stock plate on top though, so it doesn't say Lingenfelter. Has a new TPS and IAC on it though. $200 was $250 picked up.
MSD 6A ignition box and MSD coil $120 picked up.
Dynomax muffler with single 3" tailpipe. 3" in, 3" out. $20?
I also have an assortment of center caps if you need 1-3. None are in particularly good condition, but would work great for a daily driver.
3 silver Formula caps, 2 early "Pontiac" caps, 3 firechicken caps, + more. Figure about $5 each, $10 for 3.
Looking for:
-Benjamins and Jacksons.
Offer any trades you might have though.
-----
SOLD
-Spohn PHB, dual rod end panhard bar. Originally powdercoated red, now painted flat black. SOLD
-LS1 rear calipers. Stock finish. Not rusty. SOLD
-2 rear, black GTA wheels. Driver condition. SOLD

I might be interested in the rear end. Is it a 10-bolt? 3rd gen rear? Do you know the mileage?

If you're thinking about doing it, make sure you read the NASA site and figure out if you can afford it. I didn't realise how expensive a weekend ends up being with a track car when I started, but it's worth it. I'd probably recommend taking a street car out first, rather then starting to build for a class from the start. I kind of wish I would've done that so I could actually still drive it on the street and not need a car cover to park it outside [no windows].
Check out the pics in my sig if you're thinking about building a car. It shows a decent amount of my car going together. Definitely a ton of work. You'll probably also want to check out FRRAX too.

Yeah, the rear is a 10 bolt, under 100,000 miles, the posi still worked very well when pulled.

Interested in the throttle body, but I won't be able to make it to Homer Glen OR a road course nearby. So let me know if you will ship.

If anyone has a stock Y-pipe, I'm looking for one of those too.
Going back to stock manifolds for CMC next year.

Thanks for the y-pipe offers, guys.
novadk13: If you come check out the parts this weekend and can bring it with, I'll give ya $10 off for it. Even if it isn't the best shape, I can guess which bends I'll have to buy to fab one.
If anyone is interested in anything, make an offer. I'd like to clear some more of this stuff out before winter.

TTT, buy something to fill your Christmas stocking with, or buy the heads and have a reason to buy really big stockings!
